Problems to migrate toolbar settings

I have customized the xnview toolbar like this

However, it always goes back to the default when the entire xnview folder was copied to another computer. I followed the thread Info about XnView's settings (store & load) at http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1547 but did not have success. I am sure the xnview.ini was copied togeahter.If helpful, I can send my foo.bar file for troubleshooting as well.
