Program won't convert - errors (10)

I have used your program for the last few years on a daily basis and never had a problem. Suddenly, with the last update, 1.74 all I get is a script error. None of my pictures convert. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing seems to work

Can you help with this issue?

Hello. I'm using version 1.75, and I'm having the same issue. I cannot get anything to convert, specifically to PDF. Each time I get a "create error" and my file doesn't convert. It happened ever so often in the past, but now it's constant and I can't convert anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled; still the same thing. How did you fix your issue? Thank so much in advance.
