multiple selection of favorites

I have 4 folders set up as favorites and I would like to select them All 4 for different re-categorizing works
unfortunately I couldn't find a way to select all 4 with the usual cntrl+A cntrl+click etc...

is this possible?
how would you work around?

here I have one favorites selected. (OLD DCIM_A9)
how-to select all 4 to have all included pictures displayed in the central Pane
and then to be able to work on the complete body of pictures
