Picture It! .mix file support

I found older posts on Xnview's handling of .mix files. However, I am running 64 bit Linux and a 32 bit .dll plug-in doesn't seem likely to work for me. I don't even know where the files for Xnview are stored! Please advise.

I found older posts on Xnview's handling of .mix files. However, I am running 64 bit Linux and a 32 bit .dll plug-in doesn't seem likely to work for me.

XnView can only display the thumbnails embedded in PictureIt! files, becasue MIX is a closed proprietary format. Please refer to “Trying to convert a MIX to a jpg” for more information.

I don't even know where the files for Xnview are stored! Please advise.
