SVG Support missing

Hi
I like Xnview MP a lot.
The only thing that i am missing: I dont have thumbnails or a preview for SVG files.
There are a lot of Post's around with the Subject SVG. I tried to put the CS_SVG.dll into the plugin folder. Without success.
I can't see even the files (with symbols) in a specific folder full with SVG Files.
I am using the portable Version.

what do you have in settings>Filelist>Custom filter?
