Batch Enhance Colours - Saturation

When I go into Image > Adjust > Enhance colors there is a Saturation, being just 1 slider.

In Batch Convert the Add Action > Map > Saturation is different (Red/Green/Blue/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow).
Should I all set the same, e.g. -10 ?

I don't know how to handle that.

Also what should select for 'Hue' from the Add action > Map list?
