Impossible to apply a filter only on a part of the image.

When I select only a part of the image and try to apply to it a filter like detail, focus restoration or denoise, the filter is applied to all the surface of the image. It whas not the case with the previous versions of XnView.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.96.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
