copy name to clipboard

Good evening!

I'm looking for an easy way to copy a filename to the clipboard. The command avaialble is /edit/copy to clipboard/selected filename and path.

Is there a shortcut key for that command? Can one make one? I don't see how from the menus...

On my tools/settings/shortcut keys the entire menu is "cmd / ...". It seems to me the key commonly called 'cmd' is a Mac key - is the list of shortcuts equivalent on the PC (? the Windows key).
