Draw tool - Grid display option
While creating some test images, a 'display grid' option would have been useful to enable (in this case) text numbers to be positioned in the same position on the screen when the images are viewed successively.

Any grid, the viewer grid might be a good start if that would be easy for you...
Re: Draw tool - Grid display option
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'ruler', my starting point was [any] grid that could be used to align successive images.
But, I have previously once or twice mentioned the possibility of adding vertical or horizontal 'guide lines', not an option I recall anyone supporting or requesting, which would actually have been a better solution for me than a grid.
When I started book scanning, I had the use of Photoshop CS2 and was able to position vertical and horizontal guidelines, which I used to align the margins of my page scans. That is something that might eventually be considered for 'MP (when it morphes from a very useful tool to an All-singing, all-dancing software), and could equally be useful for Draw if users understand them...
