XnView MP 0.99.6 won't open on Fedora 35
I've downloaded the appimage, set the exec flag and tried to launch. The result is that nothing happens.
I have also tried the tar file but that would not run either.
I'm obviously missing something but I have other appimages that run as expected with no special tweaks.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you

Also on Fedora 35 and appimages are not working. I've tried the latest version and versions all the way back to XnView_MP-0.93.glibc2.17-x86_64.AppImage. I get the error:
Code: Select all
error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

With the tgz, I get:
Code: Select all
symbol lookup error: /lib64/libk5crypto.so.3: undefined symbol: EVP_KDF_ctrl, version OPENSSL_1_1_1b

AppImage 0.99.6 launches on Linux Mint 20.2 after editing the Properties to make the file executable.

Question was about Fedora, so please let's not hijack the thread.
Any update on fedora issues from XnView Team? Not even AppImage v0.99.7 can start at the moment..
