No, tested also with version 1.0 beta 1, no settings changed.

Adding gamma in HDR settings does fix it somewhat, but not entirely.

1. Thumbnail still looks dark its not affected by gamma settings (i did use "rebuild thumbnails")
2. Image looks overexposed in the bright areas e.g. sky.
