Scrollbars too narrow on Win 10 + fix

XnView MP 1.0 64bit
Windows 10 Home 21H2 64-bit
2 monitors:
- Main (no display scaling): 1920x1200
- Secondary (display scaling: 200%): 3840x2160

On a default, clean installation of XnView MP on Windows 10, the scrollbars are too narrow. I think this is a HiDPI bug.

If I open an image, close the Browser tab, then re-open the Browser tab, the scrollbars are the correct width.

Luckily, this is easily fixed by changing the HiDPI setting to "System"
