Display slow with Fuji RAF [Solved]

XnView MP displays jpeg very fast but slow with Fuji RAF.
Am I doing something wrong?

Loading RAW can be slow, you can use 'Settings>View - Camera RAW -> embedded jpeg'

However in Settings it only gives Camera raw use embedded preview and that doesn't work as it is just as slow?
Am I doing something wrong?

All OK found found the setting in Browser>Thumbnail>Use embedded thumbnail and that worked.
