Close button is invisible with certain dual monitor setups

I have two monitors with different dimensions, Monitor 1 is much taller than Monitor 0. When I close XnView in Windows, a "Save changed file" warning appears on Monitor 0 regardless of which monitor XNView is open on, resulting in a few different cases:

• (Good) XnView is open on Monitor 0; I close it and the "Save changed file" warning appears in the middle of the window.
• (Bad) XnView is open at the bottom of Monitor 1; I close it and the "Save changed file" warning appears on a different monitor.
• (Very bad) XnView is open at the top of Monitor 1; I close it and the "Save changed file" warning is not visible.

For the third scenario XnView does not respond. I cannot cancel closing the window, and I cannot close XnView. I have to kill the XnView process using Windows Task Manager and lose any unsaved work.
