1.3.0 - crop toolbar - selection ratio shortcut

Windows10 (21H1), display resolution 3840x2160, dpi scale 150%

Viewer - crop toolbar
Selection's aspect ratio shortcuts work: A (Free) and D (Fixed ratio).
However, value in 'Selection' combobox does not change accordingly.

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open image
3. press SHIFT-X to open Crop panel

Issue A
4. press D for Image Fixed ratio
value in combobox does not change to Fixed ratio

Issue B
4. select any fixed aspect ratio, eg 1:1
5. press A for Free
value in combobox does not change until you press mouse button and start selection

Issue C
4. select any units aspect ratio (cm/inch/pixel), eg 130x100 mm
value in combobox does not represent selected ratio, but changes to Free instead

Expected behaviour:
In all cases combobox shall change its value right after shortcut is pressed.

but A, D shortcuts work (as expected),
so combobox should reflect changes of aspect ratio via these shortcuts

right, but it should change to 'Fixed ratio' (instead of 'Free') as selection has fixed ratio
