Checked today with SteelSeries Rival 3 Wireless mouse - maybe little better, but still poor comparised to Windows app version (on 10 year old machine).
One more thing, usually coursor (arrow) diasappear at full window view (M1, MacOS Monterey) with all my mouses. Appear when pressed again.

Did you notice the comment from eye2eye?xnview wrote: Fri Sep 23, 2022 7:47 amThanks to your detailed description I can reproduce the problem.
Can we help in getting this to the best condition?
Re: macOS : Mouse-Wheel does not work as expected
This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.3.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

Re: macOS : Mouse-Wheel does not work as expected
Hello.
Thank you for distributing Ver1.3.1.
I tried to verify this matter.
It certainly works better than before Ver1.3.0 when assigning the previous/next file to the mouse wheel.
But it's still slower than, doing the same thing with the left/right keys on the keyboard for example.
The mouse I'm using is Logitech M575, and this time I've also tried the Apple Magic Mouse, and the speed is similar.
It is similar to what eye2eye has written, but I reported it along with the official distribution.

Re: macOS : Mouse-Wheel does not work as expected
Works for me as expected in 1.3.1.
Pierre, did you add the .ini setting allowing us to skip several photos, if the mousewheel is spun very fast? For those of us who don’t use a Magic Mouse. Maybe that’s what eye2eye and yokoi05 are referring to?

Re: macOS : Mouse-Wheel does not work as expected
Does it take an integer? I set mine to 0 and that doesn’t seem to have any effect. Also tried false

Re: macOS : Mouse-Wheel does not work as expected
I was able to confirm the behavior as expected by setting the value of macWheelDelay in xnview.ini to "false" with the hints written here.
