Before cleaning up an SD, I would like to verify that
all photos exist on the disk, but they have been organized in different folders on the disk.
I have tried with Find similar files and selecting Between folders only,
but then it also compares among folders in the disk, which takes a long time
(besides I do want to have some duplicates on the disk).
Any way to just verify that files on SD exist somewhere on disk?

Managing images transfered from SD to hardrive is not as straightfoward than it should in XnviewMP because duplicated image management is not optimized,with some known issues as viewtopic.php?f=95&t=44950.
Things are nevertheless becoming better to avoid duplicates:
"Import and sort" tool allowed us (1.4.0) to move images instead of copy them (viewtopic.php?f=96&t=41759). This move option was latter affected by a bug, fixed in 1.4.4 (viewtopic.php?t=44736).
