The cropped image thumbnail cannot be updated

I found a bug, reproduce step as following:
1) Select any picture from thumbnail
2) Double-click to enter editing
3) Select range to crop
4) Exit editing picture and save then overwrite it
Regardless of pressing F5 to update or restart the program, the thumbnail is still the previous picture

I don't know if there are a few file format problems, but I tried other JPG files and it works fine.

The following two image examples are cropped (such as half) and there will be a thumbnail problem after saving.
