General
- swap lists (similar to Settings - unify ui of Toolbar, Shortcuts, Context menu tabs)
- list size is ~ 70/30, but can be same as old one 50/50
- add List title

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.5.4. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

but its better to:
- aligh top side of lists to the same level
- adjust size/position of color controls

  controls should not go to the red oval area

  'Reset color' button clears 'Custom label' text (it does not save when OK is pressed)
  but button should not clear 'Custom label' anyway
