Switching modes selection

In settings/interface/switching modes I have everything set to Browser<->Fullscreen. When I double click on an image file in explorer XNView MP displays the image at full screen. However, when I double click (or press enter) it displays the image with the application interface (toolbar) (not sure how this mode is called). I have to click on the browse button to get the browser. After I do this, the interface correctly switches between full screen view and browser when I double click until I close the application. When I run it again I have to repeat the process.

the correct name of this switching option is "Browser <-> Fullscreen | Viewer <-> Fullscreen"

there is another setting responsible for opening mode:
set "Start with file" to "Browser - Fullscreen" (Settings > General > Startup)


with these 2 settings the only one way to get into Viewer mode - Open command
if you have any issues - use latest version and delete your settings file (xnview.ini)
