1.8.3: Tag or rating disappears when moving a file to a different drive

OS: Windows -64 bit

Effect:
Tag or Rating disappears when moving a file to a different drive

To reproduce:
1. set a tag or rating on a file.

2. Move it to another drive, such as from drive C to drive D.

3. Its tag or rating will then disappear.

If you move it back to the original drive then the tag or rating comes back.

Hopefully this discovery will help in fixing the bug.

If you move on different folder on same drive, no problem?
What do you have in Settings>Metadata?

Thank you for mentioning metadata settings.

The issue has now been resolved and it is not a bug.
