Settings - read - Camera RAW
settings for Camera RAW are poorly named and spread across the app, which is inconvenient

Suggestion

• unify settings in single place
  - move 'Camer RAW, use' from View into Read>Camera RAW

• rename
  to clarify things up
  • settings
    - 'Use for view' OR 'View'
    - 'Use for convert' OR 'Convert' OR ' Processing'
  • flags
    RAWFlag → RAWConvertingFlag
