Browser - views - thumbnails+details

To reproduce:
1. open folder with images in Browser
2. change 'View as' to Thumbnails+details

issue A
3. scroll up/down
'View scroll the content by thumbnail' does not override system number of lines to scroll
expected behaviour
scroll by 1 line (like in other Thumbnails modes)

issue B
3. change 'Thumbnails scaling' to 'Thumbnails per column' mode
4. drag slider right/left
size of thumbnails will only increase

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.9.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
