Parameters in Enhance Colors and Batch Convert Adjust different

In Enhance Colors, I set Brightness, Contrast, Gamma: 80, 0, 0.50.
In Batch Convert Adjust, for the same effect, I need Brightness, Contrast, Gamma: 30 or 34, 0, 0.50.

The difference is in Brightness. It is not even clear how what I do have to set in Batch Convert, something between 30 and 34, to match the 80 from Enhance Colors.. See the example screen shots,with Preview.
+Additionally, in Batch Convert I cannot use Presets that I saved in Enhance Colors (or Presets, that I saved in Curves).
