XnViewMP 1.9.2 64 bit Windows 64bit
On a list there is the normal context-menue also for video-files (pic).
In fullscreen Mode (video not played, only a black screen which is normal)
is appears NO context-menue (mouse right click) or if it appears the options for 'open with' are blanked (pic).
In XnVieMP 1.8.8 it worked perfectly fine.
Kind regards
Riezi

in browser, you click on a video file, press F11 and right click to open context menu?
Pierre.
Re: MP 1.9.2. No or partial Context-Menue for Video-Files in Fullscreen
No I am showing one file after the other in fullscreen and if there is a video-file (it is not played which is normal because i use another player)
BUT in the context-menu 'open with' is empty!!! A program (video-player) is attached, but I can not start it. I could use F3 but I have no keyboard only mouse.
The same in new version 1.9.4 !!! In version 1.8.8 it worked perfectly fine.
I'm sitting on my couch and have no keyboard, only mouse.
Watching ALL my pictures this way with XnViewMP and I need the context-menu.
Kind regards
Riezi

When you right click on a video file in fullscreen, you have a context menu with 'Extract frame', 'show playbar', how do you have the menu with 'open with'. Same in 1.8.8

Re: MP 1.9.2. No or partial Context-Menue for Video-Files in Fullscreen
No, I have not. The video is not playing at this time.
If I am in the 'Bildverwaltung' an open fullscreen it shows a black screen and the same if I am already in fullscreen and skip through the files (mixed pictures and videos).
This is normal an have always been so in XnViewMP. But in versions till 1.8.8 there was the contextmenue and one option for video-files was 'open with...' .
I have configured hotkeys (Alt+1 = play in system video player) and this key is still working (in all versions of XnViewMP) but I NEED to open with mouse (have no keyboard when doing a show) !!!
What was the changes between XnViewMP 1.8.8 and the next version?

Re: MP 1.9.2. No or partial Context-Menue for Video-Files in Fullscreen
Additional info (I tested a while):
- the contextmenue is available in the 'Bildverwaltung' with all configured options for all filetypes !!!
- but in fullscreen it is NOT for video files
- I am using link-files (lnk), which is the only way to mix pictures and videos from different folders
- If I have a folder with only video-files (mp4) then I see a preview picture, the control-bar (with the 'extract frame' ...) as you wrote
- I need to start the videoplayer from the system (because I need some functions) ant therefore I need the context-menue.
The question is: why is there a difference only in fullscreen-mode between an link to a picture-file (all types) an a link to a video-file ???
And why changed it after version 1.8.8 ?
