Image preview issue

XnView Classic can preview thumbnails of 3dmax files. Why can't XnView MP preview them?Image

do you have Settings>General>show all graphic formats?

Yes, I have checked all the options. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but the thumbnails still cannot be displayed

You must have an extension on Windows explorer to show .max thumbnails, no thumbnail here on Classic
