Browser - info - favorites - always show all added tags

Windows11 (24H2), display resolution 3840x2160, dpi scale 150%

Browser - info - favorites tab
if image has no favorite tag, it shows as empty row, which is inconvenient
also it looks like 'Favorites' tab name is not translatable in Info pane

Suggestion

• always show all added tags
  maybe make them 'disabled' (gray-ish)

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.9.6. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
