Suggestion

• improve UAC elevation handling
  current behavior
  0. start app w/o admin rights
  1. change "Add 'Browser with XnViewMP' to context menu" checkbox
  2. press OK
  nothing happens, setting remain unchanged w/o notifying user
  
  expected behavior
  like in FastStone:
  0. start app w/o admin rights
  1. check checkbox that require admin rights
  2. press OK
  UAC popup appears
