Linux & Windows versions work different when it comes to Cutting & Pasting:
1) Select some area on an image
2) Cut it with Ctrl+X
3) Move the selection to some other place on the image
4) Paste with Ctrl+V
In Linux you paste the contents exactly in this moved-to-some-other-place selection.
In Windows it is pasted just randomly (I guess) regardless of the selection.
Can anyone confirm this?
P.S. Also, a question: where can I set more undo levels in the program?
Thank you.

Are you sure you're cutting and not copying in windows?
Not sure what is it. I rarely use Windows actually, but when I do I need a nice image editor.Do you have the Paste bar?
Anyway, I guess we may consider it closed since copying and pasting works okay.
