v1.9.10 Tags will not update

Bub exhibits the following issues:
1) Browsing displays tags for images created by others in other software.
2) After deleting all (or multiple) tags in the category,
3) The images still display the tags.
4) Even pressing F5 to update does not remove the tags.
Finally, exiting and re-entering the folder is required to clear all tags.

when you delete category in Category pane it just delete it from app db

if you want to remove keyword from image you have to:
- unassign it and write changes (if you disabled default auto-export for keywords) OR
- use 'Clean metadata' dialog

I've tried deleting images from within their categories in the image metadata, but the tags don't update.

Other people's batches of images contain multiple categories; the only solution is to delete them in bulk from the control panel.
