Hello!
XnViewMP 1.9.10
Windows 11 LTSC 25H2 [26200.7623]
-----------------------------------------------
Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G6+ laptop (native resolution 3072x1920, scaling 225%)
When viewing in full screen, a white strip about one or two pixels wide appears on the right and/or bottom edge of the screen.
Checked all possible options - the problem only occurs at 175% and 225% scaling. (It's odd that at 125% there is no problem)
XnViewMP 1.9.10
Windows 11 LTSC 25H2 [26200.7623]
-----------------------------------------------
Desktop computer with an LG 27UP650 monitor (native resolution 3840x2160, scaling 200%)
This problem does not occur with any scaling option.
Expected behaviour: There should be no stripes.

The image has no transparency. I don't think it's related to the specific file being viewed. The program behaves this way with any .jpg photo from my Pixel.user0 wrote: Sat Feb 07, 2026 10:53 am could be old scaling+transparency grid issue

Re: 1.9.10 - stripes at the screen edge
I personally doubt this is an XnViewMP problem. Most likely, it's an issue with Windows 11 (its scaling system) and my laptop screen model.
For example, if I maximize the Zed editor window to full screen, there is a similar bar at the bottom, but it's not white - I can see the desktop through it. It's as if the window doesn't fill the entire screen space.
Another example: if I maximize Telegram to full screen, there is the same white strip as in XnViewMP, but only at the bottom - at any scaling level.

Often, custom scaling settings in Windows systems can easily become misaligned.
The simplest test is to try multiple browser programs and compare the results to determine if the problem is software-related or a Windows issue.

There is some known issues with non integer scaling like 175% and 225%
