1.10.1 Folders tree horizontal scroll bar disappear

Scroll bar disappear, can't scroll horizontally.

No problem for me with Win 10 and 11, the scroll bar appears or disappears if I modify the width of the window.

In my case, the scrollbar disappear, and long folder replaced with ellipsis instead. Even worst, if I modify the width, the ellipsis doesn't follow. It leaves a blank.

Try renaming your XnView.ini file and restarting the app; see if the issue still occurs with the default .ini file.

Tried it, but the problem still occurs.
In my first screenshot, those are freshly installed (extracted). I'm using the portable zip for both v1.9.10 and v1.10.1. And set the Settings to Portable in Startup Wizard.

Pierre is going to have to chime in then. I haven’t seen anything like that. There are sometimes incompatibilities with things in the ini file, but if it’s doing it in a fresh portable copy, that is unusual.

Do you have any capability to test on a different computer, or in a VM?

I just tested the zip version1.10.1 on Windows 11 and it worked fine, maybe it's the installer version?

But strangely, when I check for updates using the v1.9.10 installer version, it doesn't find the latest version?!

Additionally, some old bugs from version 1.9.10 still exist…
