<Short description of the problem.>
Effect: When I changed the settings from using PgUp/PgDn to switch between files to using Alt+PgUp/Alt+PgDn for navigating to previous/next files, the program failed to correctly distinguish between PgUp and PgDn. Regardless of whether I scroll up or down with the mouse wheel, it always moves to the next file.
To reproduce:
1. PgUp/PgDn = Page Up/Page Down keys
2. switch Alt+
3. ...

using Alt+PgUp/Alt+PgDn for navigating to previous/next files, the program failed to correctly distinguish between PgUp and PgDn. Regardless of whether I scroll up or down with the mouse wheel, it always moves to the next file. Expected behaviour: <Expected, correct behaviour of XnView>
I expect scrolling up to go to the previous file and scrolling down to the next file.
