counter in Catalog filter pane disappears after category is moved using context menu in Categories pane

0. prerequisites
- have 2 categories in Categories pane
- assign categories to some files, so counter will appear in Catalog filter pane
1. right click on any Category in Categories pane to open context menu
2. select 'Move to...' and nest it inside any other Category (or root)
it will be moved, but its counter will disappear in Catalog filter pane
no such issue if it is moved via drag&drop in Categories pane
