I've checked your .ini and your videos. The DSC01753.ARW has 2 .xmp files. DSC01753.ARW.xmp is created by XnView, but do you use the DSC01753.xmp? Could you send me the 3 files?

Here are the two files ( https://we.tl/t-pCm2SD2gxgseDioA ) . Only two because all the xmp files created by XnView are gone, they are not in the folder anymore.
Sorry guys but I was travelling and I couldnt do any follow up. I also tried to delete the app. Delete the hidden folder of the app with the ini file. reinstall and the app still behave very erraticly. I am not sure what's happening and I love this app and used it for so many years but at this point not sure I have the time to invest in troubleshooting a problem that keep changing and becoming more and more difficult to replicate because nothing really works anymore. Sorry.
