Auto zoom setting behavior

Could someone please clarify, how 'Auto zoom' setting works?

I want small images to display as is, while larger images to fit to window. So, I've chosen 'Fit image to window, large only'. But all images are displayed at 100% zoom, doesn't matter if they are small or large. What images are considered as "small" and what images are considered as "large"? Looks like this option doesn't work at all and has the same effect as 'No fit'.

Version: XnView MP 1.11.2 [10051], Win 11

Replaced some parameters with [removed], especially arrays, I'm not sure what was encoded in them.

If the logic is like that, then it doesn't work anyway. I've opened an image that is much larger than a window size and it's still 100% zoom, it doesn't fit to the window.

I cannot reproduce your issue with your ini

start from clean settings by renaming xnview.ini, 'Fit image to window, large only' will be the default mode
