👍[v.15/07] Resize parameters [work in v19]

When the image is resize, I would like to choose the target file type and compression parameters (for non-PNG). Necessarily!

By the way – I hope that the jpegli codec is used to create JPG files :)

so same parameters as 'Convert', right?
