Yes, it's work, as you wrote.

BTW. When pressing NAME, it would be nice if it showed {name[1-"max"]}. It is easier to delete unnecessary characters than to add [...]. For novices, there should also be a guide to these additional filters [...].

I would agree with Kadet on including a sample of formatting option. On desktops and laptops, average users don’t give time to RTFM. It even doesn't exit on mobile Apps.
For example, I didn't know about substring {name[1-"max"]} as mentioned by Kadet. For date and time, the mix of upper/lower char is still a question for me. Better to learn via samples:
{file:modifiedDate[yyyyMMdd_HHmmss]}
