Hot Folders on v1.115.0 ARM64

Updated to the latest version, and the "watch hot holders" button seems to have vanished. However it still seems to recognise it, but instead of processing just new images, it does everything in the folder, which for me can be 100's of images, so it takes a while. Is there a way to turn off looking for new images??

I don't see a way to designate a folder as a Hot folder, or to enable/disable hot folder operation in which files arriving in a designated folder are processed immediately in parallel with normal batch processing when enabled?

There was in the previous version, and it seems to have still remembered that, but with now no way to change it. It used to work rather well, now not so much.
