Hello,
I would like to ask whether there are any plans to implement a feature that allows adding a background image to input files. In essence, this would be the reverse of the existing "Add Watermark" function: instead of superimposing a watermark onto each photo, the user could specify a background image, and each input photo would be placed as a foreground layer onto that background.
Thank you for considering this suggestion.

I apologize for not making better use of the search function before posting.user0 wrote: Mon Aug 31, 2026 5:54 pm Duplicate:

Add custom background to pngs
So this feature request was already raised two years ago—but for some reason, it seems the developer hasn’t added it to the current version yet? At least in XnConvert 1.115, I don’t see any options like z‑axis offset or “use as background.”
Still, it’s very helpful to know that nconvert can achieve what I need. Thank you so much for your reply!
