XnView: MP-1.11.6
OS: Slackware -current
After compiling (repackaging) the .tgz file with a SlackBuild script I've used without issues for many years, XnViewMP refuses to start. Trying to start in terminal gives me:
/opt/XnView/XnView: error while loading shared libraries: liblibraw.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
This is odd, because liblibraw.so and the symlink liblibraw.so.1 both resides in /opt/XnView/lib/
If I instead create a package from the .deb file, XnView runs fine.
The buildscript I normally use is https://slackbuilds.org/slackbuilds/15. ... SlackBuild

Yes, I know that (and that's what I tried).
Turned out that it was caused by me being lazy, using an outdated buildscript that removed rpath files. That didn't create errors with version 1.11.5 but apparently those files are needed for 1.11.6.
With the latest buildscript from slackbuilds.org everything runs fine.
Sorry about the fuzz. Marked as solved.
