XnViewMP-1.11.6 won't start due to "missing" file

Post by kgha »

XnView: MP-1.11.6
OS: Slackware -current

After compiling (repackaging) the .tgz file with a SlackBuild script I've used without issues for many years, XnViewMP refuses to start. Trying to start in terminal gives me:

/opt/XnView/XnView: error while loading shared libraries: liblibraw.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is odd, because liblibraw.so and the symlink liblibraw.so.1 both resides in /opt/XnView/lib/

If I instead create a package from the .deb file, XnView runs fine.

The buildscript I normally use is https://slackbuilds.org/slackbuilds/15. ... SlackBuild
