Categories
I discovered that I have more categories than will fit on my screen. How do I post a category on pictures if I can't scroll over to see them all?

You’ll have to explain what exactly you mean, and post a screenshot. “…more categories than will fit on my screen” is somewhat nonsensical, like saying your document has more words than fit on your screen.
The Categories panel is both resizable and scrollable. So make it bigger and/or scroll it.

If you have that many categories, manually selecting them feels weird - use the Categories panel, which has a search field.
Speaking about fitting them on one screen, it could be single column with scrolls on top/bottom (eg like in CaptureOne)
