"-noDpiScaling" flag not working

I'm not if this qualifies as a 'bug' or not, but this flag used to work fine in version 1.11.7 when added to a shortcut,
but it doesn't work in the latest versions.

I hope that you can restore this functionality or integrate in the GUI.
