b3: Reset x/y. Option not saved.

Problem: This option is not remembered in ini.
Its a new view option in beta3. It seems to work with 'fit image to window width'. Its purpose seems to be to make the next picture start out at top, instead of last position used in previous picture. Should this option be ON by default?

This option only works in viewer. It doesn't work in preview fullscreen.

This option should be greyed out at startup when another 'auto size' option is displayed other than fit horizontally/vertically.
