B2: Known 'RMB+mouse' bug - solution?

There is a known bug when using RMB+wheel / RMB+LMB / RMB+MMB - context menu appears when you release RMB.

But - if you move a mouse a bit before you release RMB, context menu does not appears.

Maybe it's the way to fix this bug, you could simulate this move, when actions above are performed.

Not fixed:
FS lite - RMB+LMB
FS lite - RMB+MMB
FS standard - RMB+wheel
FS standard - RMB+LMB
FS standard - RMB+MMB

I think it could be easy to fix also these problems now.

But you'll try to fix "FS lite - RMB+MMB"? It's not View FS.

Not fixed in RC2. I think it works sometimes (if I zoomed in few times), but I can't reproduce.
