RC3: JPEG lossless crop - 3 bugs

1. Wrong dialog is shown "JPEG lossless rotation..." instead of "...crop...".

2. 'Crop' item in toolbar button "JPEG lossless transformations" is greyed out even if selection is created. In menu it's OK.

3. (Minor) New shortcut - ctrl+shift+y is missing in all menus with (lossless) 'Crop'.

BTW "JPEG lossless transformations" item is missing in the context menu, it would be usefull esp. in fullscreen.

Don't know, maybe it's easy to fix, at least first two bugs should be fixed IMO, but Pierre must decide.

#1 and #2 are fixed in v1.96.5
#3 still applies.
Moreover I found #4: In Menu, J is not underlined, so accelerator key is not shown but working - also applies to most other entries in Tools-menu.
Moreover I found #5: In F1 help, other hotkeys are shown than in xnview menu (that also really work, elsewise CTRL+Y would be defined for redo (as usual in german windows) and crop), see http://yfrog.com/5k20091023xnview196p Maybe this is dependant on used windows locale?
