Thumbnail View Labels: Filename not shown

Hi Pierre,
In 1.82.2 I noticed that in "Thumbnail & Labels" viewmode the filename is not displayed, even with option "Show filename in thumbnail mode" ticked.

I can add the filename to the list of labels, but when I put it as the first of, say, four labels I can't change the name by clicking on the name label, as before. Only clicking on the last of the four labels lets me edit the filename, but the small edit field shows up at the bottom of the label stack...strange. See example screenshot.

Confirmed. The mouse input field is not always over filename label. It drifts downward when more labels are added.

That option is just for Thumbnails view. You can customize "Thumbnail & Labels" view in options > thumbnail > labels. So no bug here (IMO).
