"High Zoom Quality" in fullscreen?

No, but there's your bug. I do have activated the 'fit to window' HQ resampling, but i only get HQ if i enable 'reduce' as well. That's unexpected to me.
It's also illogical to have the fullscreen display quality among the viewer's options.

But do you have the problem by enable this option?
And fullscreen is a view :-)

HQ issues repeat all the time. So maybe instead of fixing bad approach, reimplement it in some more usable, not to mention working correctly, way?

No, like i said. If i enable reduce along with it, i get HQ resampling. But not with only fit to screen enabled.

How many pixels in your picture? And screen resolution please?

I've already posted a picture, and my dektop resolution is 1280x960.

Sorry, but i'm not writing chinese, do i?

It works for me, too, with reduce enabled. But it doesn't with just fit to screen switched on. Understand?

I think I understand. Browser's preview is HQ and browser's fullscreen is LQ under following settings:
[ ]Reduce
[ ]Enlarge
[x]Fit to window/desktop
