Set jpeg comment

I just can't find the 'jpeg lossless comment' option from the 'Jpeg lossless transformations' menu. The jpeg comment shows fine at properties popup, but I cannot edit it there. Version is 1.82.4 installed to a fresh computer with windows xp.
